Amanda Laura Booth

Amanda L. Booth, age 38 of Garnet Valley, PA, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2024 following a lengthy illness with her loving family by her side. She was born in Bryn Mawr, PA to Thomas A. and Joanne C. Booth on July 26, 1985. A 2003 graduate of Garnet Valley High School she also attended Ursinus College and culinary school. She enjoyed playing softball for many years, loved to travel, loved her pets and horses. She loved cooking and coming up with many new recipes. She worked at numerous restaurants before taking time off to raise her children but continued cooking for her family and friends. Her favorite food was homemade mashed potatoes followed closely by everything crab. Despite this tragic loss her family will always cherish the wonderful memories they shared in the short time they had together. Amanda is survived by her parents, Thomas A. and Joanne C. Booth. Son Nicholas J. Manos and daughter Amelia A. Manos. Aunt Susan B. Solum and uncle H. Edward Solum, cousins Jason E. Solum and Adam T. Solum. She was predeceased by cousin Alison L. Solum. Services and interment were private.
