Barbara Lynn Myers passed away on April 29th, 2026 at the age of 77. Barb was born on February 17th, 1949 and grew up in Scottdale, PA with parents Bill and June Dezort and brother Bill and sister Marg. She attended Phlebatomy school in Lancaster, Pa, where she met the love of her life, David Myers. Dave and Barb settled in Bucks County were they raised their two daughters Karen and Jennifer. Barb worked many years at Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home were she made life long friends. She cherished being a grandmother to Issac, Shelby, Micah, Cameo, Lukah, Josiah, Elijah and great-gram to Rose and Iris.

Barb was a spiritual soul always learning and exploring her connection to nature and Mother Earth. She attended Perkasie Mennonite Church for many decades. She loved beautiful flowers, butterflies and her many beloved dogs over the years. Her artistic side created incredible jewelry, beadwork, clothing, blankets and paintings. 

She is fondly remembered as a kind, friendly, gentle loving soul who always made you feel welcomed. A Celebration of Life has been planned for Sunday, May 17th at 2pm in the clubhouse of Quiet Acres, 4 Williams Way, Sellersville. Please join us for a warm, informal gathering to celebrate the life of Barbara Myers and the joy and kindness she brought so many. Come with your favorite memories to share. In honor of Barb's love of flowers, please wear flowers or Hawaiian attire if you choose.

Omgoodness. Mark and I are so sad to hear this. Dave, our love and support are with you and your family. 
I have such wonderful memories of us (and Jan and John) at our house for movie night and gumbo, our monthly Cottage meetings at Suzanne’s or Jan’s, and of course my great honor of sharing Reiki with you both. 
Barb, was one of the kindest, most gentle, loving souls I’ve ever known and her laugh was so beautiful. 
So deeply sorry for this loss and know she and Jan are having a blast! 🤍🙏🏻🕊️
