Dolores Giering (Berdiner)

Dolores J. Giering (Berdiner) lovingly known as "Dee" passed away peacefully at the age of 85, surrounded by her loving family, on October 22nd, 2026. She was born to the late John and Catherine Berdiner.

Dolores retired from Willis North America, where she worked in the insurance industry. In retirement, she cherished spending time with her family, taking trips, watching her beloved Phillies, and hosting Sunday family dinners. Above all, Dolores treasured the time she spent with those she loved, creating memories that will be cherished for generations to come.

Dolores will be deeply missed by her daughters, Dawn Christopher (Ron) and Darlene DiOrio (Anthony); beloved son-in-law William Biddle; her grandchildren, Cathryn (David), Teddy, Mikey, Molly (Brandon), and Callie; and her precious great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Khayden, and Emmett.

In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Giering; her daughter, Denise Biddle; her grandson, Ronnie Christopher Jr.; and her many siblings.

Dolores’s love and devotion to her family and friends were at the heart of her life. The love she shared, the memories they created, and the special moments they treasured together will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held in Dolores’s honor on December 13, 2026, from 12:00–3:00 p.m. at Kings Mills Banquet Hall, 6000 Pennell Road, Media, PA 19063.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Kidney Fund (AKF) at give.kidneyfund.org.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania in King of Prussia.
