Vincent J. Clancy

Vincent was in the National Guard and then spent his working life as a Computer Programmer at General Electric. However, when he was not working, he enjoyed first and foremost: people and laughter, but also reading Nietzsche and other philosophers and history books, plants and gardening, music, coffee, and cooking. He loved his grand dogs and his dearest grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Ann & husband Ted Trethewey; his love for his grandchildren Devyn Ivy Trethewey, Tristen Shey Trethewey & Carley Ella (elephant) Trethewey, Brothers: Ronald Clancy (wife Renate) & John Breslin (wife Frankie), Cousin: Michael Clancy (Patti Schlater), His Love: Linda Destefano, other family: Corinna Marasco Strohl (Herb), Nadine Marasco, Anthony Clancy (Josephine), Joanne Clancy Mignogna (Fred), and Rocco Disciascio (Denise); three grandchildren, Ashley, Lia, and Alissa; two great-grandchildren, Briana, and Ayden and many other friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Vincent J. Clancy (Vinnie), Bunny Clancy, Katherine (Cassie) Breslin

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring (Vince’s favorite season) TBD.
