Dean Edward Johnson

Dean Edward Johnson, 55, of Lower Paxton Township passed away Monday, August 17, 2026. Dean was born June 11, 1971, in Washington DC. He was the son of Marjorie Mansfield and the late Edward Johnson Jr. Dean was a graduate of Kennedy High School. He went on to attend truck driving school where he obtained his CDL. Over the course of Dean‘s career he drove tractor trailer all over the East Coast. With his last job being a delivery driver with FedEx.

Dean was a Boy Scout and he enjoyed his younger years traveling with his mother to places like Alaska and Italy with Chincoteague Island being his favorite. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Renee, and his cats. Dean was also an avid writer of food reviews.

Dean’s loving wife, Renee, of 15 years, passed the same day. He is survived by his mother, Marjorie of Maryland, and his extended family In Michigan.

A memorial luncheon for Dean and Renee will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 1pm to 4pm at the Middletown First Church of God at 245 W. High St., Middletown PA, 17057.
