Margaret S. Miller

July28, 1948 – September 3, 2025

Meg was the daughter of Jeanette and James Stettler of Carlisle/Reading PA

Meg graduated from Carlisle HS class of ’66 and attended Harcum Jr College.

She worked in the banking field for many years in Kansas City, St. Louis and Carlisle. She retired from Cumberland County after working in the District Justice office.

She was an avid reader, loved all pets. She loved to bask in the sun and was lucky to spend many summers in North Carolina with her ever growing extended family as well as a few recent winters in Florida or the Bahamas. She loved to travel with family and her cousin Patty!

She always loved a good laugh! She loved to play cards, games and the casino. She was a big fan of Disney movies and horror films.

She is survived by her daughter Amy Miller [ Cochecton, NY], two sisters Jamey Dubbs [William] of Gettysburg and Jill Stiteler[Ray] of Carlisle and brother Jim Stettler[Karen] of Germantown, TN. She has many nieces and nephews and Great nieces and nephews who will always remember her sense of humor and laugh.

A Celebration of Life for friends and family will be held in Carlisle on Saturday, October 11 at the home of her niece, Shannon Starling, 402 Garland Dr. 12:00 PM– 2:00 PM
