Born: October 6, 1948 of Sammie Lee Brown and Juanita (Anderson) Brown.

Additional information: Rick graduated from Central Dauphin East High School. He exceled in football, basketball and baseball.

Surviving are: 4 daughters Jamilah Holly, Tyrica Brown, Rykita Taylor and Aija Crowder, 2 sons Michael Holly and Ricardo Brown Jr, 9 grandchildren Kenneth Horne Jr, Kendrick Horne, Ian Holly, Rick Brown, Imani Holly, Carter Brown, Cameron Brown, Kai Mills and Caidyn Brown; 2 great grandchildren Amauri Horne and Dakota Riley; 3 brothers, William F. Brown (Barbara) of Highspire, PA; Gerald Brown (Veda) of Orange Park, FL; and Claude H. Brown (Wanda) of Harrisburg, PA and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sammie Lee and Juanita Brown; his step-mother Annette Brown; 2 brothers, Sammie L. Brown and Thomas A. Brown; 3 sisters, Helen M. Coiley, Izola Robinson and Mamie S. Mills.

Memorial service will be at the family’s request.
