Timothy V. Reilly

Timothy V. Reilly, 78, of Millerstown passed away Monday, October 12, 2026 at home.

Born July 16,1948, in Amsterdam, N.Y. Tim was the eldest son of the late Vincent J Reilly and Norma J Reilly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Tyler D. Horn.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Sandra L. Reilly and daughter Kimberly Shellenberger and her husband Rich Frank of Marysville; son Terry J. Reilly and his wife Stephanie of Harrisburg and daughter Shannon Horn and her husband David of Loysville. 8 grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. His brother Terry Reilly and his wife Liz of Camp Hill, brother Mike Reilly of Burlington, VT and sister Mary Mekhail and her husband Sameh and son John of Camp Hill.

Tim graduated from Camp Hill H.S. in 1966. He was proud to serve in the U.S. Navy 1967-71 aboard the USS Sacramento AOE-1, Tonkin Gulf. After retiring 30 years at the Postal Service as an equipment technician, he spent the rest of his time serving Millertown as Chair of the Municipal Authority, Zoning Officer, Borough Council member, Water Authority, Webmaster and MCSI.

His hobbies included golf, poetry, computers, playing guitar, music and spending time with family. Tim was a well spoken man. He loved riding in his golf cart with his buddy “Lucky” down by the river and Park and having a conversation with anyone he would meet along the way. One of his favorite memories was seeing the Beatles in concert at JFK in Philadelphia.

Memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Fort Indiantown Gap.
