Virginia A. Opilo, 96, of Palmyra, PA, passed away January 19, 2020 at her home. Born May 8, 1923 in Rochester, NY, she was a daughter of the late Thomas D. and Arline (Speary) Kirk.
Surviving are her children, Kirk Monteux, Regina Rivers, David Andrew Opilo, Matthew Opilo, Susan Kurtz; grandchildren, Kirk Philip Monteux, Sebastian Monteux, Peyton Rose Monteux, Jessica Monteux, Zandra Fosbre Bishop, Amanda Myers, Katie Zdilla and Devin Kurtz; great-grandchildren, Miriam Monteux, Liam Bishop, Xander Bishop, Madison Helsel, Abbie Myers, Isaac Myers and Cece Zdilla; brother, Paul Kirk; and many loving relatives in Mississippi, Texas, and Rochester, NY.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Frank J. Opilo; step-mother, Carrie Lou Rhea Kirk; brothers, Tommy Kirk, Hubert Kirk and Charles R. Kirk; and son, Alain P. Monteux.
